This is a webpage devoted to all of my fun and mostly inconsequential side projects. Some are art-related, some are crafts, and all of them are were included to help make this website as enjoyable to visit as possible. So I hope you enjoy!
Dinosaur Alphabet!
Sometime back while I was at home over break, I happened to look on Amazon and found a listing for a shirt with 26 dinosaurs - one for each letter of the alphabet. Of course, the teacher in me immediately thought to buy it, because maybe some kid would find it cool. And I ended up with not one - but two - due to numerous errors in the shipping process.
But the competitive artist in me thought I could do this myself: draw each of the 26 dinosaurs featured in my style.
And the foolishly prideful artist in me thought I could do it twice, including a second set of 26 dinosaurs of my choosing for a second set based on the lowercase letters.
Below is the result of my usual mix of creative inspiration, blind determination, and a drive to offer my future students coloring sheets that differ in style from the usual 'A' for 'Abby' every class. Yes - these will ultimately be coloring sheets. Yes - I am doing entirely too many things this year. No - I do not regret it.
And no - it's not entirely finished yet. But I'm now up to H!
